Do I have to be a member to attend a class?

No. Single session drop-in passes are available, as are 10, 20, 30, and 100-class passes memberships.

Do you have any stand-alone registered classes available?

Yes! We offer a variety of online and in-person registered class options, including a variety of SWEAT. SCULPT. REJUVENATE. options and our Walk+ Club.

What it your SWEAT. SCULPT. REJUVENATE. Program all about anyway?

Our SWEAT. SCULPT. REJUVENATE. was introduced out of necessity during our first temporary closure when the pandemic first hit early 2020, it has since grown out of love (and sweat!) into what it is today, a lifestyle coaching program designed to meet you were you are at and to help you to level up over time.

Do you currently have a brick-and-mortar location?

Yes! We have moved to a residential location that is available year-round for our personal training and lifestyle coaching clients. It is also where we live-stream on virtual classes! For our small group fitness training we love taking advantage of our community’s beautiful green spaces from late spring till early fall – sunshine, fresh air, and fitness! Then, in the cooler months, we will shift to our indoor location in Heritage Lakes, St. Albert.

Do you also offer personal training?

Yes! We offer indoor and outdoor personal training options. If you are ready to kick it up a notch, we also offer lifestyle coaching which incorporates personal training alongside nutrition and selfcare. Let us help you build a healthier you – one habit at a time.

What are your hours?

We are here for you! Our coaches are available whenever we are training clients, whether that is 5:30 AM or 5:30 PM. Because with are a private facility we are here when our clients need us.

How often should I work out?

The keys to improving your fitness are frequency, intensity, and time. To enhance your strength and wellness, we recommend that you work out at a moderate to high intensity level for up to 150-minutes per week.

Should I expect immediate results?

The first result that you are likely to feel is renewed energy! From there you will notice a variety of changes, mentally and physically, from reduced stress and better-quality sleep to improved strength and so much more. We are in the business of caring for your overall health and well-being over time – not the quick fix.

What is your cancellation / reschedule policy?

We value your time and only ask you to return the favor. We require at least 8-hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellation fees will be applied to all no-shows and late cancelled sessions. To cancel, update your schedule in our booking App or text Michelle at 780-470-3232.

How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 5 to 10-minutes prior to your class so that you can get your station set up. This is also the perfect time to update your coach on how you are feeling and if you will be needing additional exercise variations during your workout.

What should I wear?

We recommend that you wear clothing that is breathable and allows you to move freely. Remember to dress for the weather and to layer up on cooler days. Note, when training indoors, please bring a pair of INDOOR athletic shoes. Outdoor footwear will NOT be permitted.

What should I bring?

Whether training indoors or outdoors with us, all participants are asked to dress for the weather, to bring their own fitness mat, plenty of water, and a towel if so desired. Depending on weather, sunscreen and/or bug spray are good things to have on hand.

Is there an age requirement?

Class participants must be at least 12-years old. If you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian will be required to sign a waiver before you join.

Do you still offer goat yoga classes?

Goat yoga is a specialty class that we love to offer. While it is currently on hold, we will continue to re-evaluate in the months ahead as the world begins to open back up.

Where are you located?

Due to the pandemic, we made the decision to re-locate to a residential home in Heritage Lakes, St. Albert. Just 3-minutes from our original location. We also use a variety of community spaces, such as Rotary Park and Hampton Park and offer online programming.
