Our lifestyle coaching model blends in-person personal training and lifestyle coaching sessions with at-home self-led elements. This blended approach helps our clients develop lifelong, sustainable, fitness, nutrition and selfcare practices under the support and guidance of a certified trainer.

This program is not about fast and furious results; it is about incremental changes for lifelong sustainable results. If you are looking for a quick fix – this program is NOT for you. If you are looking for sustainable, incremental changes that will have you feeling energized, more rested, and stronger – mind and body, than this program IS for you!

What is included?

  • Personalized fitness + nutrition + self-care plan, for a holistic approach to your wellness goals.
  • Weekly personal training session with your coach for movement refinement and, when you are ready, workout enhancements!
  • Weekly end-of-week nutrition and selfcare check-in with yourself and your coach for increased accountability.
  • Monthly benchmark workouts, measurements, and photos; know where you are at, and where you are going.

This program includes a customized exercise plan, individualized habit stacking nutrition and selfcare strategies, weekly 1-to-1 personal training sessions, 24/7 email support and more!

With my 1-to-1 Personal Training Programs, you will work one-to-one with me as we focus purely on your fitness. This is a perfect option for the person looking to break through a fitness plateau or is simply looking to… just get started! This program includes a customized workout plan, including in-studio and at-home training elements.

I started with FX3 Fitness as a 1-on-1 personal training client in the spring of 2018. I was the heaviest I had been in my life (230lbs), depleted of energy and motivation. At a business event, I was seated at a table with Michelle and her energy and commitment to a healthy and fun fitness regime was amazing. I immediately wanted to put a stop to the nutrition and fitness habits that were not serving me and start to turn things around. Michelle and I discussed my health, goals, and motivators. The timing could not have been more perfect because again I was not exercising regularly, eating properly and I was feeling exhausted all the time. It was time to commit to getting healthy again.
