FX3 Fitness is excited to be offering semi-private OUTDOOR training – sunshine, fresh air, and fitness! – within the beautiful community of St. Albert from spring till fall. Our semi-private personal training sessions afford us with the opportunity to deliver a personal trainer experience at a fraction of the cost of hiring a 1-to-1 personal trainer.

We offer 30- and 45-minute, no-repeat, bodyweight workouts. Get in, get it done and get on with your day. At FX3 Fitness we pride ourselves on our ability to deliver an amazing total-body workout in less-time than a traditional gym class WITHOUT sacrificing results.

We love delivering to our members the benefits associated with hiring a personal trainer. Our semi-private personal training sessions provides the space for our coaches to offer individualized cueing, including offering exercise variations to level up or down, as suitable, for a personal training experience.

Note: As the weather cools, and the snow begins to fall, our members and session pass holders will seamlessly transition to an indoor semi-private personal training experience. Our indoor training includes the use of indoor bikes, aerobic decks, jump ropes and Lebert Equalizers and more!
