FX3 FIT is a 45-minute-high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, or as we like to call it – Fun Interval Training (FIT) workout – incorporates strength, cardio, and core-based moves. This workout focuses on functional body weight training; while periodically introducing benches, Lebert Equalizers, and jump ropes into the mix. Instructors will cue variations for levelling movements up or down in intensity to meet you where you are at, while also inspiring you to challenge any self-limiting beliefs as you grow stronger and more confident in your own abilities!
Participants are reminded to bring your own fitness mat, plenty of water, a sweat towel, INDOOR athletic shoes for all indoor classes, and dress for the weather for all OUTDOOR classes. Doors open approximately 10-minutes prior to your scheduled class time.
Please workout to your own fitness level, take breaks if you need them and remember to re-hydrate and refuel post work.
