For indoor classes members and guests are required to wear athletic attire and indoor running shoes. For outdoor classes, please dress for the weather and layer up as appropriate. It is also recommended that participants bring plenty of water and a sweat towel, if so desired.
It is recommended that participants with injuries or who are pregnant consult their doctors before beginning any workout routine. ParMed and ParMedX forms should be reviewed with, and signed off by, your medical practitioner prior to beginning a new exercise routine. First-time participants are asked to arrive 15-minutes prior to their first class to complete a participant waiver form and to receive a preliminary consultation with their coach. Waivers MUST be completed and signed prior to participating in any class. If its been more than a year the participant attended a class, they will be asked to complete a new form.
Minimum age accompanied by a parent or legal guardian is 12-years of age. Minimum age without the accompaniment of a parent or legal guardian is 16-years of age. All participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian accompany them to their first class to review and to co-sign the participant waiver form and membership agreement, if applicable.
We do not offer child minding services. Children under the age of 12 are the sole responsibility of their parent or legal guardian are not to be left unattended at any time.

Please respect your fellow classmates and fitness coach. If you must bring your phone with you to a class, we kindly request that you switch it to silent and/or to vibrate whenever possible.
class cancellation Policy
Daytime classes with no confirmed reservations 4-hours prior to the scheduled start time will be cancelled. Early morning classes (before 8AM) will be cancelled by 8PM the night prior if there are no registered participants.
Advance registration is required, and participants are encouraged to register early to ensure that their preferred class is not cancelled, per the above. Classes with pre-registered participants will remain open for registrants up to 30-minutes prior to the class start time. Reserving spots online is the easiest way using the WellnessLiving Online Booking App.
Participants that are running late for a class may call or text 780-470-3232 to hold their spot in the class. Participants that are not present when the class starts and have NOT notified us of their delay may forfeit their spot to a waitlisted participant.
Eight (8) hours’ notice is required to not be considered a late cancellation. No refunds will be granted for no-shows or late cancellations. All member reservations are subject to a $10 no-show or late cancellation charge. For fitness class pass holders, there will be a deduction of one class from any remaining sessions. If no sessions are remaining the $10 fee will apply.
Waitlisted individuals will automatically be moved into the class as space becomes available. Members and class pass holders that are moved into their desired class will receive an email confirmation up to 30-minutes prior to the class start time. It is the participant’s responsibility to check their email.
