FX3 Fitness is excited to be offering semi-private, up to 3 participants, and private one-to-one personal training out of their NEW indoor studio space!  Our semi-private personal training sessions afford us with the opportunity to deliver a personal training experience at a fraction of the cost of hiring a trainer one-to-one.

We offer 30- and 45-minute, training sessions. Get in, get it done and get on with your day. At FX3 Fitness we pride ourselves on our ability to deliver an amazing total-body workout in less-time than a traditional gym class WITHOUT sacrificing results.

We love delivering a variety of body weight focused exercise styles within our semi-private and our private training sessions, including the use of aerobic step benches, ab rollers, BOSU balls, Lebert Equalizers, foam rolling and from time-to-time we get a little crazy and rock it out with a dash of POUND! Whether joining us for a semi-private or a private session, our coaches are trained to offer individualized cueing, including offering exercise variations to level up or down, as suitable, for a individualized training experience.

Note: From time-to-time, weather permitting, we will invite you to join us at a local park for an outdoor training experience.
