What make us different!

At FX3 Fitness we focus on three main training tools, indoor bikes, jump ropes and bodyweight training. After all, as kids we rode our bikes with our friends, we skipped in the schoolyard, and we played leapfrog and climbed on the jungle gyms in the park… and it was fun! We want fitness to be fun (again!)

Did you know that jumping rope burns more calories than running or cycling? It is also one of the most portable fitness tools available – you can take it anywhere; you can even pack it into your suitcase when travelling the world.

Let us get back to basics with bodyweight training! While lifting weights can help you build muscles, so can bodyweight training! Bodyweight training is an effective way for you to achieve your overall body goals and is a great addition to any workout regime or as a standalone option. Also, portable…just saying!

Bodyweight training IS a type of strength training. Bodyweight exercises use your own body weight as resistance and are a great option for everyone, novice to pro athletes! You can achieve maximum health benefits, a lean body and even get ripped muscles all with just using your own body weight.
