Your Fitness Coach

Michelle has a degree in Physical Education and Recreation, is a certified Personal Trainer and certified Fitness Instructor. She is also a Healthy Eating & Weight Loss Coach. She is also a canfitpro Healthy Eating & Weight Loss Coach PRO TRAINER – certifying fitness professionals, and coaching general interest participants, on the art of making healthy/ier choices more often.

Michelle is a non-traditional World Natural Bodybuilding Federation (WNBF) bikini athlete. She doesn’t lift heavy and she loves her chocolate! She is keen on showcasing, both on stage and off, that we can all improve our cardiovascular and muscular strength and endurance through bodyweight training and that we can lose weight (if weight loss is the goal) without fad diets or giving up on the foods that you love!

Whether you are just getting started on your wellness journey or you are a seasoned marathoner, Michelle offers personalized one-to-one and small group coaching designed to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals.
