About Michelle Parker

I’m Michelle, owner of FX3 Fitness and founder of SWEAT. SCULPT. REJUVENATE. and the SSR FIT Club. I have been a personal trainer since 2009 and a healthy eating and weight loss coach since 2015. 

Start where you are at. With what you have. Changing one habit at a time.

My ultimate goal is to inspire others – in their personal and their professional lives – to live the life that they have imaged. Through motivational interviewing and habit stacking techniques, I help clients to identify their lifestyle (fitness, nutrition, and/or selfcare) goals, to tap into their personal motivation, and to build new lifestyle habits within a supportive and compassionate space.

My fitness programs are flexible. My signature 30-minute SSR at-home workouts can help you increase your strength and cardiovascular fitness, whether you are a beginner or are ready to level-up your fitness. My in-person training and lifestyle coaching services are offered in the comfort of my home-gym – no competing for equipment and no lookie-loos! 

Near or far, my lifestyle coaching services are available coast-to-coast. Weekly coaching calls with check-ins and celebrations, re-sets and realizations. You’ll be breaking bad habits and building in new healthier habits. And moving towards a healthier and happier you!

When it comes to fitness, Michelle knows that you can strengthen and tone your body without the use of heavy weights and fancy machines. As a non-traditional World Natural Bodybuilding Federation (WNBF) bikini athlete, Michelle focuses on body-weight based training to prepare for competitions and for life!
